As a high school student my day started normal but was interrupted by my mom yelling at me which forced me to become emotional and miss half the school day from being late. When I got there I didn’t have any of the supplies I need because in the rush I forgot my book bag at home. It was the second week of school and I still didn’t know my classes yet but I found my way to my 3rd class although I was a little late. Immediately the teacher was passive aggressive and rude. After her relentless rude comments and making me seem like I was just sensitive and the problem I tried to de-escalate the situation by leaving to go to the bathroom. After being to no in a rude manner I told her see should improve her teaching methods because her current attitude isn’t vey helpful to most people. After being offended she insisted on someone trying to report her because she knew it would do nothing. I then decided I was going to go see my counselor even if she didn’t want me to. When I got to my counselor crying I was offered tissues and the only thing I was asked before waking up is “who is your favorite teacher?”.
